How do I pay?
We only accept payments via Safaricom M-pesa. To make payments, go to M-Pesa menu, select Lipan na M-pesa, select buy goods and services, enter BBOXX till number which is 854245, enter amount, enter your M-pesa pin and press send
What is PAYG?
It’s a flexible BBOXX payment model that allows one to make payments before using your system that is, one is able to buy light for a low as one day or week depending on one’s preference or payment abilities.
How long should I wait for my system to be installed after registration?
Installation is effected within 2 weeks of making your Down payment
Am no longer interested in acquiring BBOXX system yet I have made a Down payment
In order to get a refund, write a letter and attach a copy of your National ID then send it to your nearest BBOXX shop. The money will be refunded within 2 weeks of reaching the head office.
Can I get an upgrade?
Every BBOXX client is eligible for an upgrade as long as your payments are up to date and your payment history is good. To get an upgrade, kindly contact BBOXX customer care number that is 0721456789
How do I know my balance and the total amount I have paid?
To know your outstanding balance, kindly dial *845# using your BBOXX primary contact number. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care number that is 0721456789

What happens if I have made payments using a number that is not registered with BBOXX?
If you make payments using a number that is not registered with BBOXX, kindly contact BBOXX customer care number in order for the payment to be linked to your account. You can also submit a second phone number of your choice that you may also frequently use to make payments.
What if I have paid yet my battery doesn’t turn on?
If your battery doesn’t turn on after making payments, it’s probably because of poor network connection. You will be required to reset your battery and if it still doesn’t turn on, take it outside to an area with good network connectivity and reset it form there
What if I make payments ad do not receive a confirmation SMS?
If you pay and don’t get an SMS confirmation within 5 minutes, it could be because of network issues with your mobile service provider. You can contact our customer care through 0721456789 to check if your payment has been received
